Michael L. McVinney, Director of Leasing & Acquisition
Michael is responsible for market research and market penetration by means of leasing and acquisitions. He takes a leading role in new development by coordinating engineers & contractors after he performs an in-depth cost analysis confirming that the project is worth the pursuit.

Michael has an in-depth knowledge of construction, development and real estate. He got his start in "Outdoor" right out of school doing construction and maintenance for Park Outdoor Advertising. Heading west for opportunity, he spent time in Las Vegas, Nevada and worked as a construction manager. During this time he was placed in charge of the construction at the "Sunrise Humana Hospital" as well as the "McCarran Airport." Michael is also a partner of Alternative Investment Strategies (A.I.S), a company that specializes in the research and discovery of "non-traditional" high-return investments. His honesty and integrity are something that will always remain at the top of how he does business and conducts himself on a personal level. Tough when necessary, but always fair. His commitment to his mission has, and will, continue to make him a successful businessman and notable citizen to the area as his company becomes a significant player in the world of "Outdoor."

William F. Prieto, Director of Business Development
William's duties include developing/analyzing potential products and locations, as well as asset procurement. He maintains the records and interprets results in regards to income and expenses. William earned a Bachelors of Science in Communications with a minor in English from Fredonia State University. William manages and directs all sales and administration duties for Advertising Advantage.

William started his career in advertising as a salesman with Tri-State Outdoor, a billboard company. During both his second and third year of employment he received the salesman of the year award. After two years, he worked his way up to the position of Sales Manager. His experience in advertising and management has greatly contributed to the establishment and growth of AA to date.

William G. Loomis III, Director of Operations
William is responsible for researching and developing new products as well as managing existing inventory. He routinely positions AA as the leading provider of cost efficient advertising in our local market. William obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management with a major in Finance and a minor in Human Resources from Binghamton university.

William began his career as the Operations Manager of Penn Empire Trucking where he supervised the day-to-day operations and human resource department of the company. The six years as Operations Manager as well as his business degree in management and finance provides the education and experience needed for this partnership.

Terry Lair, Office Manager
Terry Lair began her outdoor career in 1987 with Park Outdoor Advertising as the Office Manager for the Jamestown Division which sold in 1994 to Tri-State Outdoor Advertising. Terry then became the Media Planner and Sales Administrator handling all agency and in-house contracts, proposals and presentations. She was also in charge of routing the bill posting crew over 3 states and in direct control of posting, repairs and maintenance for over 1,000 displays.

Terry spent the next year working as the office manager and graphic designer for a local monthly magazine. With "outdoor" in her blood, Terry joined the staff of Advertising Advantage in August of 2004. Terry is now in charge of the day-to-day office operations, sales assistant, graphics, billing and more.

Robert Garland, Sales
Robert Garland has found a wonderful opportunity that meets his career goals and objectives as the new staff member in Sales at Advertising Advantage. He has discovered his "window of opportunity" and brings to the position his strong sales and communication background and his ability to reach his costumers on a personal level. Robert enjoys the challenges this position offers, while recognizing his career objective along the way. He is looking forward to assisting AA in the development of their Sales department and is pleased to see the growth of sales steadily increasing since he began at the company. Robert is eager to use his life experiences and education from SUNY Brockport to continue developing himself within the position.

Robert has found a career that meets his family needs and objectives as well. The owners, William F. Prieto, Michael L. McVinney and William Loomis III, hold family as an important part of an individual's make-up, thus allowing Robert to fulfill his family obligations that are so important to him. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and five young boys. The family frequents the Jamestown YMCA and enjoys swimming, weight lifting and basketball. Robert is looking forward to expanding and developing his full potential within Advertising Advantage.
